Ability to stop users editing the SLA field on job

Implement permission on webuser that stops a web user from editing SLAs. *User story:*A Job is completed by a contractor using mpro5. The JobArea, JobCategory and JobIssue determine the SLAs. And contractors should not be able to change SLAs.

Ability to add "tags" to all entities in mpro5 e.g. tag a Job or Audit with "2023 review"

The requirement is a for a portal user to add a 'tag' to a request which once converted to a job, would be a job tag, Similar to the way we tag resources
