A single user to access the website and portal who has the permissions of a website user and a portal user e.g. the same user can review, edit and create requests as well as view and edit jobs.
Ability to Reject a Job from inside the Job screen
This would act as an additional tab inside the Job screen (configurably present via CustomerConfig) that would be the same component as the regular Job Reject
