To alert a user that they have sync/update their device past a particular period

We have users that despite telling them, don't perform a sync/update on their device. Subsequently using an incorrect version. There is no way of forcing this currently. Microsoft now give you 4 chances to update or they'll do it for you

Colour code jobs on planner by type instead of status

It would be useful to colour-code the jobs on the planner by their type instead of their status in certain instances. In this example, the status of the job is irrelevant as the type of job is more important to the end user.
