Ability to stop quotes being edited when in certain statuses

If a quote is approved the invoice lines can still be edited without any history or notification to the approver. Invoice lines should not be editable after a quote is approved or should require approval after being edited.

It would be great to control the list of users that could approve / reject / receive quotes to enforce an element of security & governance.

Storing documents against Quotes

Customers have requested the addition of quote specific documents / resources which would allow contractors to add their own, more detailed quotes to an mpro5 quote. This could be an Excel, PDF, etc.
